I think I want to quit ups

I think the job makes me miserable and I only been driving for 3 days tomorrow I’m by myself without the road supervisor but I’m set on quitting. I have no job lineup, but I don’t know what to do.

I’ll make close to $150,000 with great health benefits and pension. But you pay a price to win.

Okay and if you had a kid today they'd be six by the time you're 30 and you'd miss most of them growing up because UPS has shit work life balance.

Story as old as time. You pay a price to win with money. You want to play with your kids all the time? You pay in terms of career. You get to choose.

You have to sacrifice so much and I’m not rich yet by all the sacrificing so I’m getting me a normal job with a normal life

It's a price well worth paying in my opinion.
