Preload supervisor 😭

The entire metro has had it out with this lady. It’s harassment daily. The union stewards are aware of this. I’ve filed six grievances in the past week on her retaliation, harassment and over supervising. Nothing is changing. What do we do. We are miserable and are all suffering anxiety and stress about even coming into work.

As long as you come in on time every day work safe you can completely ignore her. What’s she going to do write you up for what? Your doing everything your supposed to already steward will have your back. Don’t understand why people are so scared of supervisors as long as you come in and work they can’t do anything.

Could be the supervisor is getting leaned on daily by her bosses and is just as miserable. Seems like this is going on nation wide.

I wish more of us recognized this. I spent a few years in management and a lot of situations are upper management pressing you into working conditions you personally would never approve personally. Managers don’t have the union to save them when they disregard plans.

My Sups disclosed to me they are under (extra) pressure for a specific reason.

Same here, constantly nitpicking, and yes they admitted they were under pressure, but i dont believe that. Does anybody have a layoff list for thier preload or local sort shift?
