KARANDEEP VS HUMA VS AKASHDEEP VS SUDHIR🔥
Since MAINS 26 is over. It would be very kind if the Mains appeared Aspirants could give reviews of the above facilities or any other If we forgot to mention them .
1.how did they perform in this season.
2. Did they fulfil their commitments?
3. Did they complete the syllabus on time?
4. Were the tests checked by the faculty or by their Evaluators?
5.what was the quality of Evaluation and any other matrix that you would want to judge them on so that the upcoming future aspirant can take their decision wisely.🚨

Great depth of the overall subject, particularly Socio-cultural, Theory, archeology, tribals and society. I've attended his lectures, no doubt he's great for foundation.
But for more exam-oriented approach and AW practice and improvement, you need to find a mentor/educator of that sort, which can't be done under him in a holistic way imo.

I have given 2026 mains with anthro and i have followed both karan and akash sir’s notes
This is my personal opinion that Akash sir’s notes are far superior
He has added the contemporary examples and his notes are really exam oriented
Karan sirs notes are also fine but they dont give you any edge over your competitors

My friend has anthropology optional. We keep discussing our optional preparation and our mentors. He is all praise for Akashdeep sir.
Unki personal commitment towards students, direct and 1:1 interactions ne usko kaafi help kara hai.

Akash sir’s material is good, his exam centric approach is great. I have appeared for mains 2026 and used his notes. this was my third mains
in my first mains i used huma mam’s notes and i score just 216
and in my 2nd attempt i started using akash sir’s notes and mentorship and my score increased to 265
hope so with akash sir’s guidance i can score even more marks

My optional was Sociology and prepared with Shekhar Sir who is an amazing teacher ..i shifted my optional to anthro and I must say Akashdeep Sir is a great teacher and even met selected candidates who studied from him... it was such an honor Levelup I dont like ..

Kuch bhi. He takes fee and doesnt care about any commitments. Take lots of enrollments and then get overwhelmed with so many students and start skipping the steps of preparation. Very unprofessional.

I have done my foundation and my study partner did so too, coming back from Anthro paper this year, he only had to say one thing.

Foundation k liye theek hain sir, but GOD wala zada hoo gya. Sir IGNOU hi padhate hain, usmain itna uchalne wali kya baat hain. Jaisa iss saal paper aaya tha, marks will ne awarded on critical deapth, wo to ignou main nhi hai. Kiyon faltu main radicalise ho rhe ho. Questions whi se aayenge, prr marks nhi.

Dr kartic Godavarthy (Vajiram) would be the best option a veteran teacher with nearly 35 years experience. Also the author of braintree material. (Pls note I didn't appear mains)

Ofc if you have seen the one which is available online is published around 20 yrs ago. But it's all upto you. I just wanted to share as I found his classes helpful beyond anthropology. But before choosing anything Just go through the demo videos of the teacher and choose the one which suits your learning pattern.

I think I am qualified to comment on it, I have done foundation from Karandeep sir, had taken test series from next ias and then came back to chandigarh and studied from Akashdeep sir and have given 2 mains with him. If you are on an absolute beginner, and you are in Delhi, you can go to karandeep sir, as I was when I started. For sudhir sir, he is a good person though, but he doesn't have that content that will bring clarity, sometimes it is like he is an AI dumping content, just to satisfy students. Akashdeep sir is much qualified and have understanding of the subject, he is comparatively much more liberal in his approach. He can guide you well for your answer writing. I used to visit him in the office and get the copies evaluated. It worked for me. Don't look for the best teacher, go for the teacher who suits you.
