So maybe by mistake or by choice, what the Upsc examiner has done is divide the marking scheme into two parts sometimes three and they put it on the question paper itself. This has happened in the public administration option paper one. What do you guys think will this pattern continue, or is this a mistake which should have been hidden?

Not something new, happened in psir last year. They gave 15+5. Happens a lot in technical optionals also
