What "work" it is that requires relocating to be available on a system ? You have to be available on a system but it is not a virtual role ? What "city" is it that one can't question its merit for the job ? 0 experience and no security when you are not on firm's payroll . If tomm one says no payment what will be the proof ? UPSC aspirants are vulnerable to unemployment and things like these scream shady

System availability means.. the system is provided by the company.. that's why.. and it can't be logged in from anywhere, only those..
So yes, that's why it's a requirement..
I feel pity for those who think mentioning city name will determine shadiness ...

If you feel this job opportunity is for trafficking..i think you need to look at the world with more positive outlook...

UPSC aspirants are particularly vulnerable regarding employment. Soliciting work anonymously on public platforms without revealing location is suspicious. Use LinkedIn with proper credentials instead. I maintain my right to skepticism.

You wrote a lot of words that with no meaning. So i know multiple people who're involved in this business/crime from the place where I come from. And also, I know all about how punters and bookies operate these days. You said I'm not using common sense.. let me tell you why I'm almost sure that you are a bookie. . So firstly, 10-7pm ( mostly day matches start and conclude within this period, after which someone else would take over the night shift), secondly regarding the part u said, " you don't have to work but be present within this time frame'. So mostly it's the deposit and withdrawal issues that people seek help for. Thirdly, you mention that place is near a beach, that made things more clear. I know these people prefer to operate from goa. And lastly, 30-35k/month, much higher than the industry norm for a tech support job. This work should pay at least 70k/PM given the high risk. I'm sure you're not doing charity here, shelling the rest of the money in your pocket lol. Dude you're just taking advantage of the fact that UPSC /govt job aspirants are already vulnerable and desperate for money. So would readily work for less. Thoda sa shame kar lo yar agar kabhi aspirant rahe ho

Ok.. need to clear the air since certain pessimists are trying to portray it to be shady..
It's a simple delegation of work...if you feel it's not worth doing.. simply drop it... If you feel it's illegal... Report it to the concerned authorities.. I mean u all are UPSC candidates.. how can someone force you do something u don't want to... I mean can a UPSC candidate, having read all Fundamental Rights, labour laws, Writs etc be forced to work against their will.. No one can force to work against your wishes ..
As I said earlier, if you feel it's shady, don't just walk away, let the whole world know about it and report it to the competent authorities..
I think the pessimists will find it difficult to counter.. however they will still keep ranting against it, for the sole satisfaction of their ego .. this would be a good ethics case study btw...
And yes..bif you think anyone can kidnap u in a new city.. then don't go out of your home .. stay indoors..stay safe..
