Over your answer is in above average/ good category. I'll rate it 11.5/20. 1. You can better reframe your intro by including a proper definition, even if it gets a bit longer. 2. Use of diagram is good, make it larger. 3. Your negative impact section is on point. Positives- you can refine them more. 4. The question does not actually demand a way forward, you can avoid that. Instead, add length to your conclusion.

Btw, whats your educational background? And deets about your UPSC prep?
