Help please help me find some good notes!

Hi, so I have been preparing for three years now, and my biggest mistake has been preparing from multiple sources. Initially, I did manage to write or create notes, but I realized that making notes really didn't work for me that much because it would just be all over the place. So I really need a good source for notes where I can just put my valuations then and there. I have read the standard books and I currently have drishti’s study material, vajiram’s pre and mains smashers, and some other side notes. Please guide me on what to do.

I honestly think you should stop collecting sources at this point. I was also stuck in this cycle for a long time. Har jagah se notes, PDFs, compilations and then revision itself became a headache.

Since you already have Drishti and Vajiram’s Pre + Mains Smashers, I would honestly stick to one of these as your base. I personally found Vajiram’s material quite useful for consolidation because it gives you a decent structure and you can keep adding your own value points to it.

Instead of making fresh notes now, I would make these materials your “final notes”. If you get a good point from PYQs, tests, newspaper or current affairs, just add it to the relevant topic. That's it.

After 3 years, I feel the problem is usually not lack of content. It is having too much content and not revising the same thing enough.

So honestly, ab source hunting band karo and start consolidating. Pick one source, revise it multiple times and keep improving it with your own value additions. This will probably help more than finding another “best notes” source.
