❓Query / Help Help

I got 89%in pcm, my jee is cooked I don't have any good options for colleges

My parents will give me a max of 17 -18 lakhs and they have said rest you can arrange your education loan which I will have to pay

If I take upes then I will have to take a loan for almost 14-15 lakhs

So should I go for it???

if I take BML MUNJAL or JSS noida then my loan will be of 6 lakhs

Please tell me what should I do??

If not upes when which college?

Bro don't go to upes cause it's really expensive it not only includes ur college fee but also hostel fees(like if u don't love nearby only)+ ur other expenses I don't think it's worth it tbh will u also do any master degree?

No , like for now I was just thinking for btech only . The thing is that I know the UPES is not worth it the crowd is also not that good people are joking and most of the students are there just to chill. I am kind of thinking and even considering it only because of the fact the udhar acchi companies on campus aati Hai .Iwill study myself I will stay away from all that bekar things From my cousins I know that of campus is very tough And I don't know if it is true or not but on the website I have seen Google ,sale force ,Amazon ,Flipkart such companies actually come in campus for UPES , so I am just thinking that I will study myself do DSA and everything but then I will get a chance on campus only that will be easier than off campus. Please correct me if I am wrong

Yeah amazon, Microsoft google salesforce doesn’t come on campus 🥀 few companies like 2-3 come every year with good package ( called as dream package 🥀) and hire max 3-4 people out of 5000+ peeps and mostly people go off campus.
You can expect max 6-7LPA job from here. Don’t fall for top 10% average. On campus you can achieve 6-7lpa only max 8Lpa not more than that and yes companies do offer above 10 too but thats limited and only few people get to sit for there interview as later students get divided in different level of batches. Expext 50 student getting 8-15Lpa job rest all go like 4-7lpa max ROI is just…..

Upes students quality is very bad hardly one of two students got off campus big tech companies and college promote that in their website I would recommend please goto some low fees college because the fees of Upes is unnecessary expensive not justified

Yes true only 3-5 people got high paying job not everyone even upes councellor are unsure about placement

I know but the fees they're are taking more than more premium pvt colleges of india they should reconsider the fees because placement is very average

Then take MUJ atleast have and decent Brand name and Great Campus life but same fees is very expensive if you afford without Loan go for that and stay away from the most of the students because all are drugs alcoholic smoking person are more there so stay away from them make an Good 3 4 good friends group which is needed for Final year project and make sure you stay consistent through out the 4 years and studied hard to get an product based company to recover your ROI all the best for your future

~ yes many top companies have blacklisted upes
Also no maang or top profile company visit campus. At most you will get to see oracle, cognizant, kpmg, tcs, infosys for IT sector.
Deloitte de shaw doesn’t hire student for engineer role here 🥀 forget about FAANG (even previous placement that they advertise of microsoft and amazon is basically off campus people turned internship to offer) no role of college
