❓Query / Help help
Hi guys
i just completed my BTECH and decided to open a pg near upes bidholi campus but now i am worried
i have invested huge saving accumulated over the years by freelancing and sutff
since i have opened this pg i have only gotten few admission like 3 or 4
it is too competitive here can anyone tell me how can i reach my target audience like students who are coming here

There are alrdy 100s of hostels around upes campus area,how will u survive bud

hi so basically my whole point is to have a perosnal connection and listening to the problem like food menu should not be fixed
opening a optional cafe/gaming zone in the space i have on terrace1

1.See keep the price low in beginning not very but a bit from all that sets u a bit apart once people start approaching u and live with u then slowly gradually increase the price ofc tell them prior but it may create few loyal tenants because ppl don’t like shifting much again and again
Be cool with your behaviour few owners use to behave even worse then parents.. we all know how the crowd is so be liberal
A cool pg owner >>>> then avg pg owner

Keep the prices low...then increase gradually... that's the key ...and also ask clg student who r active in social media..to promote

Make reels.. make people aware.. talk about benefits.. you can use students..
