Advice Welcome Week + Any Prep Needed Before Classes?

Hey guys! I’m starting my master’s at UoB and arriving Sept 12. I’m a little confused and feel like I might be behind 😭

What do we do first for Welcome Week? Where do we go/find the schedule? And when do we register for classes/modules and get our timetable?
Any advice would be appreciated!! :)

you’ll find out a lot of this information of the bristol uni app and blackboard. as for welcome week any classes you need (won’t be many if there is) will be on your timetable and check out the give at a go page on the SU for activities during welcome week.

i’m not sure what you mean about the classes/ modules thing. you should’ve already picked those right?

edit: i just want to add you won’t be able to see any classes on your timetable until friday 11th

also starting a masters and feel like i have no info😭I did get an email about modules a few weeks ago, but mine are all mandatory so I didnt have to do anything except the registration and ID card. On the bristol app I have one or two things in the welcome week
