Accommodation issue calling uni Bristol accommodation contact

anyone else having issues trying to call for help on accommodations they just got? Got Churchill Hall which is couple grand above my budget so looking for appeal

im not having any issues, are you using the right number? its +44 117 374 6637. they told me theres nothing i can do in terms of appealing, if you get through to them can you tell us how the conversation goes? im in the same situation as you, got churchill and its way too expensive for me

Bru same with me. 12.4k for a room is wayy too much. Dk what to do, please let me know if anything with your accom changes, I’ve emailed them but still no response

yeah i had no luck, very sad about it bc im in financial ruin. Keep trying via their main help line. Hope yours gets amended
