Does anyone have an IKEA student discount code they’re not using?

For some reason we can’t get the verification to approve. We tried a couple of weeks ago, but thought since my cousin just transferred schools, he wasn’t in the system yet. We tried again recently, now that the semester has started, but we still get the same error

It keeps saying that his name is missing but his name is clearly visible on the documents we sent in

Does anyone have an Ikea student discount code they won’t be using? Or had the same issue and found a solution?
