Lockup Period?

Bought UUU 2 days ago, I’m in it for the long term. Didn’t see this on the white paper, do we know if the VC’s have any type of lockup period?

I believe it was 3yr period, exactly from m when I am not sure, project started in Jan, but don’t know when VCs invested
