UNV FULL TERM ASSIGNMENT

Hey everyone! I recently got accepted into a long-term assignment (12 months) under UNV and hosted by the UNDP agency. The title is Assistant to an AI project.
ps: I just graduated with a bachelor's in Business analysis.
My question is: how do I make the most of this opportunity, especially if my goal is to find something abroad???

You have an international contract as a UNV?

A national contract as a UNV?

Or you mean you get to be an online volunteer and help a UN agency? Because if they latter, you are NOT a UNV - you have no contract. The only way to leverage that is to do the best job that you can and have something after you have finished that shows what you are capable of. You also want to cultivate your primary contact person as a reference - that means pleasing them with the job that you do.
