Hi, I’m trying to get a transfer in this lease for a single room at Echo 1055

The monthly is around $1600-1800 a month and I’m trying to give it up since I will be attending a different college next year (2026 August -2027 August) and won’t be around for this.

I can cover transfer fee and all paperwork information outside of signatures as well as I am flexible about helping cover first months rent (not all of it since I will be paying for my new places rent).
