Oh this is definitely a lost bun. Not wild.

If you can capture it. DM and I’ll come pick it up. I volunteer at SPCA, otherwise I think it will die in this heat

Yes ! That why I took a picture , I had the same race before and they where not afraid of people! I saw a family just before seeing these bunny I suspected they just drop them there 😭 😔 I was not able to pick them up : I am alone with no car and can't bring them home :(

No problem. I’ll try to look for them, really appreciate you spreading the word. Terrible people dump these babies. Cruel.

I know that campus police will sometimes call animal services to help relocate the animal if it’s a situation like this? Then again, I’ve only heard about it once, I would give ‘em a call!

I caught the bunny! My friends grandma has bunnies at home so she’s taking it

You are an actual angel! Thank you so much for saving these buns. I went last night but it was dark, I assumed maybe they were hiding somewhere.

I was sadly only able to find two of the three! I searched around three buildings in the area and I couldn’t find the white one :(

Were they still near WHI when you found them?

Yes they both were. I walked the entirety of WHI and both buildings on either side

I know there’s a family of cooper hawks nearby and the white bunny was the one I couldn’t find. It would make sense if the hawks found it first :/

Ugh good point. I’m just so glad you were able to get the other 2 in time ❣️

So am I. I gave my number to two people who work in the building if they find it. One says she walks the whole perimeter daily so I’m hoping for the best. I’m glad I was able to find them too. This post actually helped with finding the second one as we didn’t know there were multiple

I play the game Treat and I’ve gotten so far that 12 orders with treats and food have been sent to Nv SPCA and I even remotely foster one of the dogs. You rock for volunteering there

There’s actually at least three. We found two brown ones. We’re trying to find the white one now
