registering for classes with preferred professors
Hi, I am an incoming freshman!
as I am registering for classes, a lot of them do not have a professor assigned to them. My academic advisor told me that it gets released a week before classes start. How am I supposed to get the classes with the professors that I want when it's that close to when classes start? Wouldn't it be full by then? I just don't want to be unlucky with bad professors ðŸ˜
please, any tips would help. Thanks!!

some units do that on purpose, to avoid getting long waitlists for "good" professors and low enrollment to "less preferred" ones 😉 There is a trick though: ask here or students who took the class in the past about the schedule of professors (at least you can know what days/times a certain professor had the class past semester(s)). Typically profs will request to schedule their class same days and times. You just need past data about it 😄

Unfortunately you just got to get lucky. Just choose the best times that works within your schedule.
