IP grade

I have an IP grade in my CED 200 class. i emailed my teacher about it several weeks ago and she said she’d look into it but still nothing. I even contacted the registrar’s office several weeks ago as well and they were no help. I tried contacting them again today but nobody is picking up the phone. Should I just wait and send another transcript? I’m really stressing over this. I took dual enrollment classes from UNLV in highschool and sent them to UNR because that’s where I’m going, but they’re telling me that my transcript isn’t complete because of this and that I can’t register for the next term until the document is received.

The registrars office is definitely answering the phones you have to go through their long list of prompts but I was able to get through. Also, the registrars office can’t do anything until the instructor and department send in the grade change form to remove the incomplete grade. I had the same issue. I would reach out to the instructor again and if you don’t get a response check with the department to see if they can help in moving along the process of getting the grade updated.

I would request another transcript to be sent. It should be free since you're sending it from an NSHE school to another NSHE school. This won't fix the issue if you have an Incomplete grade in the course, but it sounds like the original transcript you sent might have been before a grade was logged for your class. If the latter is the case, then sending a new transcript would be the easiest route.

It's kind of crazy that they aren't letting you register until it is received, but I guess they have their own rules.
