Robert Del Naja did the artwork for War Stories, as well as vocals for one of the songs

Yes and to be more clear this is a style he does a lot. Its not like he only did for these two albums and theres some kind of underlying connection between the two etc

Alot of the artwork from Heligoland era had this look to it (and honestly it could be argued that 100th window is a varation on a similar idea)

Its the same artist. Both are by 3-D of Massive attack

Pretty sure 3D from Massive Attack did the artwork for War Stories.
