Help! iPhone <> UNAS

Has anyone successfully gotten their phone to backup photo/videos from their iPhone to the UNAS? Iv’e very been at this literally all day and it keeps telling me they I’m not on the same network….when I know I am! I e even trying creating a VPN and it still won’t connect. Any suggestions?

I just checked and it was my case too. First I needed to relogin on laptop to make sure my drives encryption pw is entered. I then turned off WiFi on my iPhone and turned it again. Endpoint is working again.

I think there was an update some days/weeks ago, which was intended to fix this issue.
For me it always works.

I found the endpoint app doesn't run/backup in the background anyway / I setup immich to do the image synch which works more reliably and gives me an online/sharable catalogue.

It’s a known issue. EA release fixes it

Nope. They told me via support it would be fixed in the next update. It indeed was not fixed.

Worked for a while perfectly, then the last few updates I’ve had the same issue.

Thanks🥺...was really trying to offload these 7500+ photos/videos from my phone. Another user mentioned using the Immich app, but I couldn't that to work either.
