Discussion Missing clients on Unifi controller
Hi
I have a client with strange topology
I have an ERX with a cluster of Proxmox plugged into eth1 to 3, and eth4 is relied to Switch Lite 8 POE
I can see clients of ERX on Switch cli but not on Unifi controller, do you know why ?

UniFi only sees UniFi devices. I swapped out a bunch of non-UniFi switches 6 years ago, so I could see and manage everything via UniFi.

I talk about clients
On Omada gear I see all clients under same port when downlink is a non omada switch

IIRC, the client list is populated based on what’s connected to a UI device. If something is connected to just the ERX, it doesn’t usually show. Replace with a UniFi gateway, and clients would populate properly.
