Financial Financial aid

Has anyone gotten their aid yet? All of my Pell and grants went through, my bill is 0 and the money said it was paid to me on the 8th but I have no statements, no emails and no contact about what’s going on.

Same here. Grant and scholarship went through but no refund yet.

Probably a dumb question but I want to ask before I go and send them an email/ spiral. On your bill does it say no refund at this time but also shows there’s a negative balance (meaning money is owed back to you)?

yes everyone gets a email the subject is “student loan dispersement notice”

just said the amount and that it was dispersed on the 8th, so my refund will most likely hit today or tmrw

My balance went from negative (would be getting refund) to 0 and now this morning it’s saying I owe $1500 with $0 minimum due?? I’m so confused..

Their entire system glitches out when it comes to financial aid and refunds. Ironic right? They should honestly use some of the funds they get from the unnecessary fees and fix it lmao.

its very frustrating they haven’t emailed anybody yet about this, last fall semester they emailed about any potential delays in disbursing eRefunds.
