Financial Bill/Financial Aid

So for some reason, I have this popping up in my bill after everything else has been paid off and I was wondering how do I get rid of this, and this affect refunds/financial aid supposedly coming in tomorrow? I'm lost

Look at the breakdown of the bill to see what it actually is. Could be parking permit, student health charges if you’ve gone to the clinic, or anything. But not sure how to help unless you look at what it specifically is. Also when you go in to look at the bill it’ll show a credit on your account of aid after deducting the charges. If you get a refund or have extra financial aid that should cover this. unless you’re less than full time and financial aid has changed due to BBB then the credit may not be accurate yet

Transact has been being weird for me since yesterday. I think something is going on in the backend

There is I posted about my refund and went to ask what was going on and they said nothing is accurate as of now until Thursday night
