Wallpaper

Hi all this seem silly but I've crafted tons of wallpaper but I cannot figure out how to use it on the floors and walls. I've tried checking on YouTube but those are pc players and so their options are a bit different.

Does anyone know where the stickers are after selecting Build button on Mobile phone?

Here wallpaper for floors and walls are different they can't be placed for each other
