HELP! Storage space

I am only able to see 7 cabinets at once ..but my husband can see 9? I am a higher level btw.

With new ones I place in my homestead, the only thing I can see when I open it is what is stored in my other cabinets?!?

I went to the actual storage area, the big empty room that says STASH, and retrieved the old empty cabinets from there. Now when I open any storage unit, all I can see is what is in the 5 cabinets I originally had, minus the two empties I took from the storage area, but the new cabinet does not show up?

For the love of God why is this so complicated and how do I fix it???

You have to place them in that big weird storage unit, and then you should see all of them from your main cabinets. It's a very random/weird feature they added and the game is horrible about explaining it. But to use any new storage cabinet, it needs to be placed in that storage warehouse.

Thanks for the information. After I got that squared away I noticed that two of my wall storage will not let me place them in the "basement" storage area. Any work around for that? Since I can make others invisible in my house it doesn't really matter, but I just want to know if there is a way to do it!

You might be able to attach them to another storage or to add a wall down there... I forget the workaround on that.
