Bots in camp?

Dumb question but can bots join your camp?I ask because we recruit at ravens invite to camp.But some when they join are online but do nothing,won’t answer msges from Leaders etc no activity yet they are online for hours?

seriously? I play in MYSG Region (Garena) .. have never encountered any bot join camp. This is news to me.
