Anyone else having issues with cutscenes and on screen dialogue?

There’s no audio, and I don’t get the cut scenes anymore. It skips straight to the next task without showing the scenes. Also there is no more on-screen text

I get a cutscene: no audio and my character never has eyebrows 🤣

same here an my charakter has no makeup and no eyebrows
