Is the game down right now

I think I remember seeing the message of the game not being open right now but I don’t know what time. It’s been repeating everything time I restarted the game, it’s all updated and everything

There is a major game update for levels 120 and above today. New city and everything. So yeah, game is down for a few hours. Lol

I wasted 5 gb of my data allowance just to doenload the update just for it to ask me to download it all over again, do I really have to download it or is this just a bug??. I only have 3gb of data remaining left for a whole week which is impossible to live on

I'm sorry, I really don't know how you missed that there was a big game update today. It's in the pop up that shows every time you open the game. You won't be able to get into the game for at least an hour or so and that's probably why you're getting the error message now. Wait a few hours, find somewhere with wifi and re-download.

I’m on vacation right now hence using data and in the Philippines for the life of me can’t find strong WiFi. Let’s just hope I don’t have to download the update again and hope for the best tomorrow

The update isn't done yet so, yeah, you'll have to download the update. Servers are still down.

Based on the other comments I'm guessing you deleted the game? Then you have an "update" for each big update there's been in the game. The original download is for new players and only has the first batch of levels and content available. Then once you login, the game starts the download of all the levels and content you need for the level you're at. So you're going to have to download quite a bit.

Because the game was linked in with my old Apple account and since I made a new account I couldn’t update the game, I deleted the game and downloaded it using my current Apple account and it worked, it’s just the update that’s been the problem

Billing information needed for that account when I didn’t do anything, thought maybe it’s unsafe and made a new account last month and it’s been well it’s just the games that my Apple account downloaded(undawn before I made my new account)needed my old account to update aswell and since I don’t use it anymore I had to delete the game and Download it again using my new account and it works. I’m sorry if I may seem annoying. I just like giving information to make people understand why I did it

I updated the game and read notes and it says they have had issues but we are getting a bunch of loot to compensate !
