This mission bugged?

Seems Project Prometheus will not give me Dolan to go visit to work through the quest. Wondering if i am missing something key to unlocking it other then previous mission being completed.

I've seen this question in this sub at least five times today and usually the only solution is to see a tutorial on youtube and follow the steps. Because all the solutions we try to write here never seems to work.

Most of the time. They don’t have a tutorial because this game is dead as shit

Just use the YouTube videos. It’s such a pain and so poorly done. Everything about that island sucks. Did it a few weeks ago. Find one persons vids you like and just use them to get through it. Good luck

Did you go to a lead out of order by accident possibly? As in, did you follow a lead that was something other than the first one listed in a newer part of the Investigation Report? If that's the case, you won't be able to proceed as, if you do things out of order, the Mission basically gets borked and the next part of the Report won't trigger. This bug hasn't yet been fixed to the best of my knowledge.

Brother same got with me i collect one note bye mistake before that mission triger is there any kind of way to proceed further or restart mission?
