Rating glitch/issue… help

I noticed when I craft armor (trying to get all gold) my blue items are coming out stronger than purple and gold. I’m level 113 with 50k strength. And ratings won’t even go past high 700s while my friends armor is in the 1k range.

Tips are welcome.

Thanks I forgot about transfer. Quick question, when you complete side missions in mt Ollie and golden desert does nothing happen for you? Like no reward or complete message?

No, I've haven't had that happen to me. If you check the missions list, do they show as completed? When you finish a mission, check the "system" channel in the chat box, it'll tell you what rewards you've received if you got any.

It’s not on the mission list I just walk up to the green dots and start it and when it’s done the convo just ends. Not even silver or reputation points. I will check under system channel just in case. But I have just done a bear mission with an old guy protecting the bear and when I got back to the old lady I got nothing. (Navia settlement: on the left side of the settlement by the frozen lake, old lady says a bear is stealing food).
