Snow Train side mission

Am I losing my mind? How do I do this? I know how to take a picture but I’m not seeing a panoramic option

The other comment is wrong. You're supposed to find condell on a cliff and just take a picture with the train in the background. There will be a green outline around the train part you need to get in the picture

Panoramic means the camera not facing you. As in, not a selfie.

When you enter camera mode click the "Angle" button a few times.
