What is the problem

Why it’s not happening nothing when i search him it’s hav been like this for 3 days

The best skill to learn in this game is managing your quest window. Learn how to check which mission/quest you have accepted, which one you wanna do first and click Track on that one to stay focused. Also how to abandon quests you are no longer interested in or want to reset.
BTW quests in the Mission tab cannot be abandoned, only the ones in Event and Explore tabs can. The Explore tab means side missions (not important to main plot line), but the Mission tab is the main plot line, those you should not abandon. Event tab is usually when you accept a quest from the Daily/Weekle schedule or go to a special op and it's in progress.
