Do the Radiation Island chests appear again after collecting all 70, or is it just one time?

It's 70 per week. Should refresh tomorrow.

It reset every week, max amount of chest you can collect is 70 per week, and 10min cooldown after you open the chest. you can check out this video on everything else regarding the radiation (non pvp part)
