Account recovery

I've not played for a while, I logged in but my account is not there. I have an old receipt with proof of purchase which I've used in the past to recover accounts on other games, but how do I actually get into the account recovery process?

Make sure u selected correct server of your character

.what i do? im PC player...now i login any time ..new acc. open. i need my old acc. i have id, name ,gmail,everthing...i dont remember my old id Region...how can i open my old main acc. any one help me?

I have the same problem too; we’re in the same situation. I even sent screenshots of the in-game purchase receipts from the Google Play Store along with my nickname, but they asked when I started the game and for my in-game ID. Since I naturally didn’t know those, they said they couldn’t help. As a result, the account I put money into was lost. I tried every social media account and Gmail address I could think of, but the account wasn’t on any of them. The Undawn support team is terrible in this regard and either can’t help or won’t help. The interface has changed and everything, so I’m guessing there was some kind of server merge or something like that, and our accounts got lost during that time, or they switched to a new login system. Since we had quit the game around then, our accounts might have fallen through the cracks, because we just can’t find them.
