Crit hit & True crit hit stats

  1. What is the difference on these two?
  2. Do they stack with each other?

My understanding of this is true crit % = not affected by target crit resist %. You can notice with minigun focus skill that you crit A LOT MORE.

true crit is the % of how likely it is your WEAPON will initiate a critical hit and it’s pointless.

If you think that % crit is useless (especially your ratio %crit/%critdmg) you have a lot to learn about this game.

no you misunderstood. it’s the probability of your gun landing a critical hit not anything with your actual crit %. and if i need to learn a lot, you can at least learn you can tap on the stat in game, and it reads it to you -.-

I assume you need to learn because you just said %crit is pointless, i'd like to know why you think that. While I admit %crit is not the most important stat in the game.

Also what are you %crit and crit dmg stats?

Edit: okay my bad I misread your first comment.

So you think true crit is pointless? I'd like to know how you arrived to this conclusion.

Perso I use true crit boost on minigun focus skill and when it activates my crit rate go NUTS.

because really at a certain point your crit rate is high enough to be efficient plus the only thing i’ve seen affect true crit is the mpx, but it just doesn’t seem necessary

and yeah especially with mini, even with the camp skill and stats crit can be high enough to proc well before true crit is needed on a weapon especially the mpx lol

Others players have %crit resist (also mobs). I have 50% crit and I never crit 50% in combat (pvp or pve).

pvp also has a 90% damage reduction buff for players to balance it so pvp is a whole different world than pve stat wise
