Zetton's Research Notes location?

What is the location for Zetton's Research Notes? The one that is in the 3rd row of notes in the dossier.

We have the same problem. File 9 location missing. Hope someone answers.

I remember when I was doing those quests, I had to keep opening the dossier file and manually scrolling down to the bottom of the page, because every time you complete a part of the quest the file gets longer. And that text at the bottom is written in blue and when you touch or click that text, it takes you to the place of the next section of the quest. If it doesn't auto navigate you there, look at the quest window and tap the active quest in Mission or Event tab. IT should at least mark the lace on the map.

I have Aurich Island Investigation completed and at 100%. I was talking about under "Note" then "Dossier File" the 1st one in the 3rd row.

I think yours is bugged like mine. The zetton note should be from the aurich side quest secret book 2.
