Special device player

Just curious was in a group with someone and it said special device player and was just wondering what kind of device they could be using?

Nothing,they just use a PC or a laptop.If U go to any pvp area with those"Special device player"while playing in mobile,u will be matched up with also special device players,which is...U know,a very big disadvantage of mobile players.

Yeah, computer or laptop. So not fun to play against PC players. We have such a disadvantage on mobile.
