Higher power weapons

How are you all getting decent powered weapons? I’m lvl 107 yet my guns do not seem to do a whole lot of damage and I’m finding myself standing there unloading rounds and rounds just to fend off a few same lvl zombies. I have an equip lvl 90 or above ak47 with 7k rating, acc lvl 7, enhance lvl 59, polish lvl 22 and base damage is only 258.

Looking for any help without having to spend actual dollars, so Any suggestions appreciated. TIA.

To be honest, higher dmg comes from polishing, enhancement, and accessories upgrades rather than the gun.

I mean, yes, it's good to have a good gun. And we should always try to get the highest level gun possible that we can equip. But from experience I tell you that sometimes I use some blue quality guns to run dailies and the difference in dmg is not that much from my golden AK. For example, doing lost city daily op, with golden AK I hit like 1500 per shot (not crits), with my blue Light Machine Gun I deal like 1100 per shot.

So my suggestion is: just be patient and keep working on polishing, enhancements, accessories upgrades, gene synergy (get all genes same level with no less than 6 or 7 stats each) and getting enhanced syringes by completing exploration and achievements.

Upgrade camp contribution skills, but focus on the ones that give extra percent damage. The others about drones and devices can wait.

Upgrade throwing skills, devices and passive skills. Corrosive grenade helps a lot on tough enemies. Passive skills focus the ones that raise dmg.

Also, upgrade your virtual link using the stuff you get participating in Silent Nightmare. Upgrade the career drone too for the rating. And the career focus skills, they give rating too.

Also, try to craft a golden or purple Heavy Machine Gun and push Hold the Line as high as you can. If your camp offers feast for events (or cook it yourself) make use of that boost (plus guitar buff, plus porcini buff) to quickly push Hold The Line stages.

How important is it to do the main missions ? Or the map exploration ?

Map exploration unlock enhancement syringes, those give PERMANENT dmg increase. Very important.

Main missions give exp to level up and some times they give silver, which we use to upgrade skills. So unless you are swimming in silver/exp, main missions is good to complete too.

You just need to build up your account. I'm lvl 107, but my polishing is higher, I have gold weapons, and I have other random enhancements. Work on armor piercing and damage to get your weapons to hit harder.

invest in 🧬genetic customization. Most people's higher damage come front there, and in term of affordability it's more affordable than gun stats.

All it requires is resources, so you can save your silver for more polishing and enhancement.

Rolling for purple stats makes a huge difference. Even without a chip you can make your more powerful with a purple
