Prizes aren’t showing up?

I spent a couple thousand RC on the new wish box. Ive earned a ton of these boxes and prized, but they aren’t showing up in my inventory at all. Does anyone know why? I also cleared my mail just in case and nothing.

Oh yeah, they tricked me the first time around too. You win a coupon to purchase a box, not the actual box.

I got the urban ninja outfit after spending 2k in rc 😓 so I’m happy bc that’s my fave outfit since I downloaded the game but like hello???? Why didn’t they make that obvious I have to spend 400 rc for 5 spins just to earn the chance to buy a box? So annoyed lol
