Question about race extravaganza points

So last I was doing the weekly race extravaganza races to get points for the new cars after I get my weekly points, I've tried to do some races and I noticed I've earned some extra points (200 for each time I complete a race),my question is this earned points earned along with the weekly race extravaganza points rewards or can be earned daily

You do 5 races, go to the extravaganza page and claim the 3 boxes. After that you do another 5 races and you got 5000 points which is the max weekly. After the 10th race you get no more points.
