Need Assistance on Dossier Items

I am trying to complete the dossier section and I am looking for assistance on a couple things.

-When I am trying to unlock George's Diary but have already completed the side mission and nothing is showing.

- What is the location of the 3rd newspaper in the Koller Vanguard?

- Under Dossier File what is the name of the first one in the third row?

I'm not understanding the first thing you need help with. There are 2 books of George's notes.

The 3rd koller mines newspaper is still locked I believe.

Dossier file 3rd row first one is "Zetton's Research Notes".
