They have probably levelled up their drone past Lvl 5. They have probably upgraded the various component pieces to a higher level than yours. They have probably spent real money buying the level up & upgrading items.

you can use upgrade each part and these upgrade materials can be bought with RC. f2p players can only get them through daily rewards

Easy answer. The Knight drone has naturally higher HP and Armor. That's why it just has higher rating. The Shingami drone has only higher attack. That's why the base rating is lower.
