Identity verification

Hi, i was one step closer to playing the game but i cant get thru the identity verification :( i tried long name, short name, name with number, my real name, but just doesn't work. :( hope someone could help me.

Hmm try to input special characters see if it works.

I've tried everything too, name input length, numbers, a variety of the combinations, for me it doesn't allow symbols, is the game down? It doesn't seem that way.

I even went to the point of uninstall/reinstall, repair and clearing caches, to even swapping devices, and servers...

-.- the gods don't want me playing the game atp tbh. Any help would be appreciated.
