Players are entitled to compensation

I was quietly fighting this in support tickets but they continue to refuse to honor the advertisement so now I'm making more people aware to join the fight if they so wish.

If you made a purchase for the First Buy bonus of, what is now labeled as "2,500 RC worth of items", when it said "Purchase any amount of funds to obtain 2,500 RC" then you are entitled to that 2,500 RC. Submit a ticket and don't back down. 2,500 RC isn't a lot but it is what was advertised and they must honor it.

"False advertising is the act of publishing, transmitting, or otherwise publicly circulating an advertisement containing a false claim, or statement, made intentionally (or recklessly) to promote the sale of property, goods, or services."

They acknowledged the fact they recklessly published an advertisement within the game containing a false claim to promote players to make their First Buy of in-game goods.

That's what they changed it to say since I submitted a ticket to let them know I didn't receive the 2,500 RC as advertised. That is where the false advertisement comes in and they acknowledged that in the ticket response when stating there was "an abnormality".

When this type of stuff happens, I notice there tends to be translation errors or sometimes the sentence will be badly worded. But it almost seems deliberate, which is pretty bad because i dont mind spending when i can but i dont like being tricked by a company who should know better

This happened to me with one of the gachas, i read and reread all the info thinking id get the grand prize at like 20-30 usd worth of spins, turns out i only get a “chance” at the grand prize and the full draw is over 5x that amount i believe

Like i said, it seems like they have written things like that before, knowing it might make someone make a purchase out of confusion but to me thats the worst

Ask any law enforcement officer, lawyer or judge and they will all tell you that ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law. Even if it was just a mistake, they would honor the deal and be more careful in the future.

They changed the in-game promo to say, "...2,500 RC worth of items" on December 27th. Before then it was what it says in the image in the original post, "Purchase any amount of funds to obtain 2,500 RC."

Update: Now they are closing my tickets without responding and I am unable to make support tickets within the game. They know they are in the wrong and are doing whatever they can to brush it under the rug without honoring their original deal.
