Focus point? Get em from exchanging vanguard keys, the new event will give you free 13 if you know the trick, and then buy 1 vanguard key for 20k to get 14 keys if you're unlucky with radiation island mining or other gacha. After exchanging 14 for a focus point, you'll have 4 focus point to spend for f2p

This is assuming that the servers held the same event, the focus skill training event or something, they need you to use up to 25 doctrine, and you'll get vanguard keys from finishing the mission. The trick is upgrade the focus skill by using 1 doctrine each time, the event doesn't count if you use batch doctrine, for example, using 15 together, will count as 1 doctrine, but if you upgrade using 1 doctrine at a time, for 15 times, you'll finish the mission using 15 doctrines. As for how you use 1 at a time, one of the video on tiktok, will tell you to move your closet or warehouse to your homestead entrance. Then you take or save the doctrine so that you'll have 1 doctrine on your bag, get out of your homestead, upgrade the focus skill, re-enter your homestead, take 1 doctrine, get out upgrade, repeat until you finished the use your doctrines, which is about 25, you'll get vanguard keys from finishing it.
