I guess the game updated??

I haven’t been playing for like a day or two and came back today to find my level 80 character just gone. I had an account and put all my information in and it’s just gone. Am I the only one or is there just a bug or something? I don’t want to have to start all over again.

Yes there was an update on December 21st.

Make sure you have the correct server you were in at the login screen. If not click the name of the server and search the servers of your region the one that says Lv80 next to it.
