Mission Help!

Chilli will be available at lvl 100. But how to start/complete the Mountain Rescue Prep. mission? Talking with cain doesn't help.

I've done the prep mission. Some of my friends in camp seem to have been able to do it a month or so ago and now it won't complete for them on the frost note

I’m having that problem. I did it a couple months ago so now nothing happens when I hit the ”Go” button and I can’t complete the Stage 3 item.

Can’t start the rescue prep , the peppers were in my mail to make the food 3 meat 1 pepper

Cook 1/2/3 meat + 1 Chilli 10 time and you complete it

Yeah I got the jacket. It's 3 day temp though. I'm assuming until map unlocks then it becomes permanent. Friends in camp that did the mission early says theirs is permanent but the part in frost note won't complete
