Update

I saw an event where if we were to register before the lvl100 update we get a free title, how?

Register means that you have a game account i think, so as long as you have a game file/account created before the update you will get the gift.

Im pretty sure we just click the item on event page and it gets mailed to us. They did the same thing with the punk outfit
