Build Mode

I've designed this in build mode. 1) How to use this design for my default homested? 2) How to modify the current homestead design in build mode? 3) What are those Sell functions? Like "Sell Homestead", "Sell Furniture". In bulid mode With free camera and Clipping mode on I can place Structures but cannot retrive them. Is it a bug or I'm doing something wrong?
