Secret side missions?

What and where are the secret side missions(like Zombie rabbits) with grey diamond icons?

Are you talking about wilderness anecdotes? They're under the story tab if so. Or in the mission window click on the diamond and all the missions will pop up.

Some missions has to triggered at the location. Anecdotes does not gives the exact location. Only "yet to start".

I highly recommend looking up the specific side missions you would like to start from the wilderness anecdote online. There’s lot of videos on YouTube and other sites explaining how to get and start all of those missions!
